Last Laps

Unleash your creativity and showcase your wakeboarding skills in our Last Laps Video Contest! This annual event invites riders of all levels to collaborate, film, and produce a unique wakeboarding video at Terminus Wake Park.

Key Dates:

•Filming Period: September 1st – October 15th

•Video Submission Deadline: October 15th by 10:00 PM

•Premiere & Winners Announcement: October 18th during our End of the Line Competition

How It Works:

•Team Formation: Register as a participant, and you’ll be placed on a team during the live draft on September 1st.

•Video Requirements:

•Duration: 3-6 minutes

•Filming Location: Primarily at Terminus Wake Park; up to 2 wildcard clips per person can be from other locations

•Team Participation: All members, including videographers and editors, must appear in the video

•Music: Clean and appropriate for live viewing

•Special Perks: Each team receives a 2-hour private film session and can request one feature hack (requests due one week after the draft)

Judging Criteria:

•Creativity/Wow Factor: Uniqueness in riding, filming, editing, and team utilization

•Video Quality: Storytelling through style, angles, equipment use, and editing techniques

•Riding Quality: Variation in tricks, clean landings, and overall execution

•Best Slam

•Best Grab

•Standout Video/Transition Technique

•Best Trick Line

•Best Quote

•Best Clip from Outside Terminus

Submission Details:

•Upload your final video to YouTube or Vimeo

•Email a private link to chase@terminuswakepark.com by 10:00 PM on October 15th
