This year’s Wake For A Cause falls on our 10 year anniversary! As we deliberated about the charity of choice for our 10 year anniversary, we thought what better charity than one that gives back to the people who helped get us here in the first place….our Community! Over the last 10 years, we have employed hundreds of young adults and served over a quarter million customers. We have a diverse group of employees and customers but a lot of them have something in common, they are in a pivotal point in their childhood or young adult life which can often come with hard times. We have had employees and customers in between housing, dealing with financial hardships, loss of a family member, depression, addiction, and severe anxiety. It’s hard to hear stories like this and not want to drop everything and do something about it.

As a result, we are starting a WAKE FOR A CAUSE FUND to go back to members of our community who need it the most. Anyone can nominate but all nominees must be either Terminus staff members, Tribe members, or members of our local community. Whether it’s a scholarship for a week of summer camp to someone who can’t afford it, passes for a struggling family who needs an escape, or a few nights in a hotel room to someone in between housing, next months rent, or therapy for someone needing an outlet. Nominate someone by filling out a form on our website and telling us who and why the nominee needs help from the WAKE FOR A CAUSE FUND. This will be going on year round and we will give updates throughout the year.

We have enjoyed serving our community as an adventurous outlet for the last 10 years, and now we look forward to being a support for our community financially as well!
